NASA to BOMB The MOON with a CENTAUR MISSLE

I am Peacefully requesting NASA NOT fire a Centaur missile upon the Moon. Mission LCROSS states it is a mission to find water. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't....either way, it is down right destructive and in violation the laws of cosmic forces.

I'm not certain of this missions cost structure, but what ever it is, $1. is too much for these times we live in. There are underfed, homeless, starving children and peoples. The cost of wars raging and started by the powers that be, are crushing humanity, not only in dollars but in cost of human life.

Would it not be wiser to stop the destructive behavior and help heal and clean up our Mother Earths life blood (water) rather than start a new colony on the Moon just to watch Earth and her people die? In the end, this destructive thinking of some of NASA's scientists is mere cowardice. The Moon has done her job for millions of years, she has done nothing to provoke a bombing.

for resource extraction
for personal gain
is completely insane.

i ponder the damage on earth first,
those who have, are and will suffer from thirst.
the materials, raw and refined, and the cost,
and what will happen when all is lost.

no matter the logic and reasoning that is defended
technology and ignorance appears to get blended.
like flying cars and death ray laser beams,
what drives the perpetual motion of man made dreams?

(lets hope noone is hurt with regards to any collateral damage from the creation of this device, to the after effects of the bombing, on October 9th 2009, which i suppose is foolish to some extant, since the burning of any fossil fuel at any stage of the game will have it's irreversible impact)
