Just taking care of some unfinished business peoples. This may seem to be strange to some of you, but I feel I must follow through to put closure to this.

From: http://www.uiso.org/content/view/462/69/in...d=462&Itemid=69

Confirmed today (August 25, 2005), the website Ghostchild.com was hacked, altered, and rendered unavailable. Based on log files, the hacking of this website was a coordinated effort between the RCMP, the University of Saskatchewan, and the University of Regina (see bottom for details).

We know not all the actions they took while illegally on the password protected (back-end) of the site, however we know that a file called htaccess was altered, and we know an enormous amount of bandwidth was used on the 23rd of this month (August), which resulted in the entire ghostchild.com community of sites being completely unavailable... And now we must decide what course of action to take here?

Here are some things to consider:

1. We are viewing this as an attempt to censor us, and prevent our words from being seen/read.

2. This is an act against people of Many Nations, namely people within the Nation-States of Canada, the United States, Catalonia, and Australia; and in any level of court within any of these Nation States, it can be presented as being a "Cross-Nation Jurisdiction" crime... that is unless the constitutions and laws of these states have no legal/legitimate standing, which has obvious implications.

3. Ghostchild.com was not just what was hacked. In fact, ghostchild.com shares an IP address with the Vitruvian Society; in addition, the webspace we use has been given to us by the wonderful people at unslaver.com, which ultimately means they too were hacked.

4. And to appeal to conscience, the actions by the RCMP and these two Universities are also personal attacks against myself and Okimowcon Nepa Ka Nee Pa Wit, two impoverished and disabled people in Winnipeg, Manitoba: who've been working for the past three years to call attention and bring the justice necessary for the correction of the Canadian Government for their multi-generational genocidal acts against the People (whom are the one and only legitimate jurisdiction on this land); ongoing crimes that the Canadian Government can barely admit to, let alone take responsibility for.

Our options here are many, because none of us have done anything wrong. We could pursue the courts, as the Vitruvian Society has offered to pay any court costs, or we could take any other responsible course of action?

Lastly, aside from the ghostchild.com community and everyone else here who was effected by this, we also must consider the related implications of such activities:

Who is to say they won't just do this again, that next time they'll just raid our homes, take all our computers, and incarcerate all of us as they have just done to Kitche O-Stew Ka-Nee-Ka-Na Go-Shick Okimowcon Ka Nee Ka Neet, under any false pretense or without any reason, as they've just given themselves permission to under the recent legislation to assist America in their "Global Struggle Against Extremism."

And who is to say they won't just decide to do the same to you, because you can think for yourself, or because you refuse to be a spokesman for their dreams of Global Hegemony? We all know them indiscriminately shutting us all up and removing us is the next logical step in their colonialist endeavour, So what do we have to do, to end/prevent such "crimes against the people?"

What do we have to do to protect our families, our land, to restore peace and good relations with the people of the world, to end these disgraceful agendas and terrorism of all forms, to put corporations in their place and to make sure Our Governments are acting in our best interests and not committing acts of treason or crimes against any person, lest the voluntarily forfeit and are removed/replaced?

They have proved they are unable to act in a good way, as everything they do they are settling for less so they can gain and so we suffer until we die wondering "what the hell went wrong..."

If anything, this hack was an attempt to prevent this kind of dialogue from being seen, because this is what we're about, and we have never even remotely suggested or expressed the support of any form of violence, or those who engage in violent action.

So please, pass this around to everyone you know, and come to http://ghostchild.xxx to discuss this and add your voice/complaints/fears about what is happening around you.

It's all gonna be brought out in the open now.

Praireyearth, Not sure about what happend to the old site? But, this specific group the Vituvians are somewhat wacky from what I get from my sources! They have one goal to make Money; they do not care how. If you look thouroughly at them you will find they mirror another little group called the Skull & Bones, sound familare? War to these people, is a very profitable business, if you know what I mean? Believe me when I say they know what they are doing and have been doinhg it well for many years! Good luck I hope you can win this! Respectfully, IndigoStar or for the " Boys" Starchild#12!

No Problem about the spelling Indi. Not to worry.

Hey, I just can't let this go.

Vitruvius

Vitruvian....

Look what's popped up, and wouldn't you know it, in my old stomping grounds.

I'm miffed though by phrases used such as - "strategy to increase your bottom line through increased market share" and "penetration of new markets" Although, hey, you never know, it might work somehow I "spose." Prairy

About Vitruvian

"Because we want to live in a world which is not dominated by a division of people who live on the cutting edge of a new economy and others who live on the bare edge of survival, we must be involved..."

- William J. Clinton

Bringing The Edges Together
Being involved has far reaching implications if we, as a society, are to bridge the gap between the cutting edge and the bare edge. It is incumbent upon those that can help to help.

It was on this principle that Vitruvian was founded. Our goal is to help non-profits get the most out of their resources by drawing on our combined 50+ years of experience.

Vitruvian has expertise in the following areas:

· The development of large-scale, enduring human services and substance abuse programs for both the public and private sector

· The creation of non-profit organizations

· Administration of non-profit organizations

· Multi-sector fundraising

· Management consulting for Fortune 500 companies including Dell Computer, Intel and Hewlett Packard

Filling The Experience Gap
Vitruvian’s goal is to help your organization fill specific experience gaps while you maintain organizational autonomy. That’s an important distinction; other firms will offer the same services, but want to exert influence over more areas of the organization. Our engagements are tied to specific tasks or needs. You can engage us as many times as you like and our services are based on our fee structure not a percentage of your budget.

In short, we don’t want to run your organization, we want to help you run it better.

Vitruvian offers the following services:

· Charitable Fundraising

· Public Sector Fundraising and Grant Writing

· Non-profit Creation and Development

· 501©3 Application and Filing

· Board and Staff Development

· Organizational Goal Setting and Strategy

· Program Design and Implementation

· Business Consulting

Nothing Ventured, Nothing Gained

As an introduction to our services, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your organization, your goals and your needs. Please call us to set up an appointment at (303).588.5795. There is nothing to loose and so much to gain through our meeting because ultimately its about serving those your organization is chartered to serve in the best and most effective way possible.

Delphi Concept

The Delphi Concept is a not-for-profit community initiative created with a single goal: to increase the resources available to those in need. The Delphi Concept targets Fortune 1000 firms doing business in Colorado and not limited by local geographical location of corporate headquarters. The primary objective is to bring new resources to the community while creating more effective collaborative partnerships with the Four Pillars of the community: the publicsector, the private sector, charitable foundations and community focused non-profits.

Opportunity Through Innovation

With the needs of the community increasing and the availability of both public sector and private foundation funding decreasing, there is an escalating pressure to aggressively pursue a more innovative strategy.

The Delphi Concept provides this type of innovation through three key aspects:

1. Partnering with the corporate sector to heighten their awareness of the benefits of social responsibility and to garner their involvement to support the community.

2. Educating and providing effective “toolsets” to community non-profits in order to more successfully raise money from the private sector.

3. Identifying and pulling together the core competencies of public programs, foundation knowledge bases as well as other community organizations designed to assist those in need

There is a clear opportunity to engage the private sector to bring critical resources to those in need while providing significant benefits to the corporate participants creating a true “win-win” scenario. The idea is not just to seek out increased funding from corporations and business but to also provide real, tangible benefits to companies that choose to participate.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO THE PRIVATE SECTOR?

The vast experience of our team along with extensive analysis and research will position the Delphi Concept to address the needs of individual private sector firms, one-by-one. The Delphi Concept will develop customized solutions that will assess the current state of your community involvement strategy, define your business objectives and measurement criteria and offer the tactics necessary for an effective implementation of your new strategy.

How can you use a more organized community involvement strategy to maximize your organizations contributions while minimizing the effort of your internal resources and people?

How can you use a more targeted community involvement strategy to increase your bottom line through increased market share, penetration of new markets and cutting edge leadership in your industry?

How can you use a more robust community involvement strategy to acquire more effective business relationships, heighten employee moral and generate community goodwill?

The answer is clear; the answer is the Delphi Concept

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO THE PUBLIC SECTOR?

Could a cooperative effort with the charitable foundation community and the private sector focusing on identifying new human services aimed to resolve issues such as aggressive panhandling, homelessness and substance abuse positively effect retail sales as well as redevelopment and urban reclamation?

The Delphi Concept offers a unique, high-level blend of both corporate and civic leadership. It is this combination that will allow the Delphi Concept to maximize the effective reach of public initiatives, decrease overall taxpayer expenditures and identify new funding sources to bring into the community.

The Delphi Concept can:

1. Identify new revenue to go, such as after annually unclaimed federal dollars that require municipal matching funds

2. Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative strategy to maximize taxpayer contributions to those in need without increases in the budget.

How can you expand governmental assistance to those in need without increasing the current budget?

How can you increase the charitable involvement of Fortune 1,000 firms doing business in your communities?

The answer is clear; the answer is the Delphi Concept

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS?

By bringing together the Four Pillars under the leadership of private foundations, the Delphi Concept will help to increase the reach and effectiveness of each charitable contribution. The vast experience of our team in creating and maintaining effective partnerships between the public and private sectors will position the leading private foundations to bridge the needs of the community with the available resources.

The Delphi Concept aims to tap into other core competencies of private foundations, aside from their financial contributions, such as relationships within the community as well as their existing knowledge base in order to create a more innovative and comprehensive community approach. The goal is to increase available resources to those in need without increasing foundation based contributions.

How can you use a more collaborative community involvement strategy to maximize your organizations contributions while minimizing the effort and costs of your internal resources and people?

How can you help the private sector define their charitable goals and direct the flow of new funds into the community?

How can you use your knowledge and resources to bring more funds to those in need while not increasing either your expenditures or administration costs?

The answer is clear; the answer is the Delphi Concept

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO NONPROFITS?

Does your organization have a need for new funding sources?

Would you benefit from a free, continuing education program designed and delivered by former Fortune 1,000 executives and civic leaders that provides the necessary technical skills to communicate with the private sector?

Could your organization benefit from an ongoing relationship with a corporate sponsor?

If you answered yes to any of the above questions, the Delphi Concept may be a good fit for your organization. The Delphi Concept offers a unique, high-level blend of both corporate and civic leadership. It is this combination that will allow the Delphi Concept to offer the relevant assistance and knowledge necessary for a nonprofit to effectively communicate to a corporate funding authority.

This is a free service to participating community nonprofits. If you are interested, call now to see if your organizational goals and qualifications are a fit for the Delphi Concept!

The answer is clear; the answer is the Delphi Concept
