I'm miffed though by phrases used such as - "strategy to increase your bottom line through increased market share" and "penetration of new markets" Although, hey, you never know, it might work somehow I "spose." Prairy

About Vitruvian
"Because we want to live in a world which is not dominated by a division of people who live on the cutting edge of a new economy and others who live on the bare edge of survival, we must be involved..."
- William J. Clinton
Bringing The Edges Together
Being involved has far reaching implications if we, as a society, are to bridge the gap between the cutting edge and the bare edge. It is incumbent upon those that can help to help.
It was on this principle that Vitruvian was founded. Our goal is to help non-profits get the most out of their resources by drawing on our combined 50+ years of experience.
Vitruvian has expertise in the following areas:

In short, we don’t want to run your organization, we want to help you run it better.

· Public Sector Fundraising and Grant Writing
· Non-profit Creation and Development
· 501©3 Application and Filing

Delphi Concept
The Delphi Concept is a not-for-profit community initiative created with a single goal: to increase the resources available to those in need. The Delphi Concept targets Fortune 1000 firms doing business in Colorado and not limited by local geographical location of corporate headquarters. The primary objective is to bring new resources to the community while creating more effective collaborative partnerships with the Four Pillars of the community: the publicsector, the private sector, charitable foundations and community focused non-profits.
Opportunity Through Innovation
With the needs of the community increasing and the availability of both public sector and private foundation funding decreasing, there is an escalating pressure to aggressively pursue a more innovative strategy.
The Delphi Concept provides this type of innovation through three key aspects:
1. Partnering with the corporate sector to heighten their awareness of the benefits of social responsibility and to garner their involvement to support the community.
2. Educating and providing effective “toolsets” to community non-profits in order to more successfully raise money from the private sector.
3. Identifying and pulling together the core competencies of public programs, foundation knowledge bases as well as other community organizations designed to assist those in need
There is a clear opportunity to engage the private sector to bring critical resources to those in need while providing significant benefits to the corporate participants creating a true “win-win” scenario. The idea is not just to seek out increased funding from corporations and business but to also provide real, tangible benefits to companies that choose to participate.
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO THE PRIVATE SECTOR?
The vast experience of our team along with extensive analysis and research will position the Delphi Concept to address the needs of individual private sector firms, one-by-one. The Delphi Concept will develop customized solutions that will assess the current state of your community involvement strategy, define your business objectives and measurement criteria and offer the tactics necessary for an effective implementation of your new strategy.
How can you use a more organized community involvement strategy to maximize your organizations contributions while minimizing the effort of your internal resources and people?
How can you use a more targeted community involvement strategy to increase your bottom line through increased market share, penetration of new markets and cutting edge leadership in your industry?
How can you use a more robust community involvement strategy to acquire more effective business relationships, heighten employee moral and generate community goodwill?
The answer is clear; the answer is the Delphi Concept
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO THE PUBLIC SECTOR?
Could a cooperative effort with the charitable foundation community and the private sector focusing on identifying new human services aimed to resolve issues such as aggressive panhandling, homelessness and substance abuse positively effect retail sales as well as redevelopment and urban reclamation?
The Delphi Concept offers a unique, high-level blend of both corporate and civic leadership. It is this combination that will allow the Delphi Concept to maximize the effective reach of public initiatives, decrease overall taxpayer expenditures and identify new funding sources to bring into the community.
The Delphi Concept can:
1. Identify new revenue to go, such as after annually unclaimed federal dollars that require municipal matching funds
2. Develop and implement a comprehensive and innovative strategy to maximize taxpayer contributions to those in need without increases in the budget.
How can you expand governmental assistance to those in need without increasing the current budget?
How can you increase the charitable involvement of Fortune 1,000 firms doing business in your communities?
The answer is clear; the answer is the Delphi Concept
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS?
By bringing together the Four Pillars under the leadership of private foundations, the Delphi Concept will help to increase the reach and effectiveness of each charitable contribution. The vast experience of our team in creating and maintaining effective partnerships between the public and private sectors will position the leading private foundations to bridge the needs of the community with the available resources.
The Delphi Concept aims to tap into other core competencies of private foundations, aside from their financial contributions, such as relationships within the community as well as their existing knowledge base in order to create a more innovative and comprehensive community approach. The goal is to increase available resources to those in need without increasing foundation based contributions.
How can you use a more collaborative community involvement strategy to maximize your organizations contributions while minimizing the effort and costs of your internal resources and people?
How can you help the private sector define their charitable goals and direct the flow of new funds into the community?
How can you use your knowledge and resources to bring more funds to those in need while not increasing either your expenditures or administration costs?
The answer is clear; the answer is the Delphi Concept
WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS TO NONPROFITS?
Does your organization have a need for new funding sources?
Would you benefit from a free, continuing education program designed and delivered by former Fortune 1,000 executives and civic leaders that provides the necessary technical skills to communicate with the private sector?
Could your organization benefit from an ongoing relationship with a corporate sponsor?
If you answered yes to any of the above questions, the Delphi Concept may be a good fit for your organization. The Delphi Concept offers a unique, high-level blend of both corporate and civic leadership. It is this combination that will allow the Delphi Concept to offer the relevant assistance and knowledge necessary for a nonprofit to effectively communicate to a corporate funding authority.
